IFFLEY CHURCH HALL is available for booking during the day on weekdays as well as in the evening and at weekends.

Safeguarding Policy and Practice
The grade II listed hall is in the historic centre of Iffley only a few yards from the church. There is unrestricted parking on surrounding roads.
The Hall is currently used for regular evening classes in yoga, keep fit, embroidery and dance. Local societies such as the Iffley History Society, Friends of St Mary’s and the Iffley Music Society often use it on Tuesday evenings.
At the weekend there is most availability where it is frequently used for children’s parties, family celebrations, concerts, film shows, meetings and exhibitions.
With the new availability during weekdays there is scope for a range of activities such as art groups, chamber music rehearsals, away days and business meetings.
The Hall can be hired Monday to Friday from 8:30am to about 4pm, Saturdays from 8:30am until 11:00pm and Sundays from 12:30 until 6:00pm. During school holidays and half terms there is scope for hiring the hall on weekday evenings.
The hall measures 6.1m by 12.5m and seats up to 100. The capacity is limited to 125 for standing events.
The ante-hall, where the chairs are stored, measures 5.3m by 6m.
There is a well equipped kitchen with a servery counter.
Wifi (Business broadband) is available for users of the hall.
The attractive, secluded courtyard garden contains a children’s play area.
The hall and the garden are accessible to wheelchair users.
Folding tables and padded chairs are available, and crockery can be hired for £35.
The hire rate effective from 1st September 2016 is £28ph for evenings (after 4pm), all of Saturday (8:30am to 11pm) and Sunday (12:30pm to 6pm only). There is a reduced rate for weekdays of £17ph between 8:30am and 4:00pm.
There are reduced rates for recognised charities.
Regular hirers of the Hall who use the Hall more than three times a year and who include children or vulnerable adults in their activities are required to give a copy of their Safeguarding policy to the Safeguarding Officer as a condition of their hire.
