- Community Cupboard is based at Rose Hill Methodist Church and run as a partnership between our two churches.
- Iffley Bell Tower is our group of bell ringers
- Donnington Doorstep is a Families Centre located in Donnington
- Fairacres Convent is an Anglican community of nuns located in Donnington with whom St Mary’s has a special friendship
- Friends of Iffley Village further the interests of Iffley Village
- Iffley Burial Ground is an independent charity that owns and runs the Burial Ground located the other side of the road from the churchyard
- Iffley Community Shop is located in the centre of Iffley and is run by volunteers
- Iffley History Society runs a programme of events throughout the year hiring the church hall in Iffley
- Iffley Music Society runs a programme of concerts throughout the year hiring the church and church hall in Iffley
- Iffley Residential and Nursing Home in Anne Greenwood Close, Iffley is run by Sanctuary Care and opened in 2013
- Iffley Academy (formerly Iffley Mead School, Isis Academy) is the only secondary school in the parish
- Rose Hill and Donnington Advice Centre is located just off the Oval in Rose Hill

- Rose Hill Methodist Church is the other church in the parish with whom St Mary’s works closely to better serve the needs of Rose Hill

In Oxford
- Christ Church are the patrons of the parish and also own the Rectory in Mill Lane where the vicar lives; the cathedral for the diocese is also located there
- Donnington Hospital Trust own the small strip of land outside the church gate where the old horse chestnut tree used to stand
- The churchyard at St Mary’s Iffley is closed for any further burials and the upkeep of it is the responsibility of Oxford City Council
- St Mary’s Iffley is a Parish Church in the Oxford Diocese
- Oxford Preservation Trust owns and manages the Glebe Field in Iffley that lies opposite the church hall in Church Way, Iffley
