LIVING STONES: A 3-day Festival of People in Iffley’s History

An update about forthcoming Living Stones events

This year Living Stones is remembering the people who left their mark on Iffley Church. The glorious building itself is full of stories, but what do we know about the people whose beliefs and hopes, fears and griefs contributed to its existence and its embellishment? Their lives will be explored during a festival of events:

Sunday 9 July   2.00-6.15 followed by Evening Prayer at 6.30

People who left their mark on Iffley Church (1): Patrons, Clergy, Music-makers.

People who left their mark on Iffley Church (2): Who lived here before? Clues in Stone and Ink

Open Doors day with OPT. Informal tours of the Church, Churchyard and Glebe Field more

Saturday 30 September 2.00-4.30
