Update: The 10am service returns

When we restarted Sunday worship last summer after the lockdowns, we split the main morning service into two to enable social distancing. As of this coming Sunday, 3 April, we will once again welcome all to worship together at 10am. We look forward to gathering again.

In addition, for those who prefer an earlier, quieter, and more traditional service, we will offer Holy Communion according to the Book of Common Prayer on the first Sunday of every month at 8:30am, also beginning this coming Sunday, 3 April.

At both services, you will be invited to come up to the chancel and stand to receive communion.

Some coronavirus-related precautions will remain in place pending further review:

  • Out of consideration for others please continue to wear a face covering
  • No collection will be taken – to donate to St Mary’s please see this page
  • The Peace will continue not to be physically passed
  • Communion will be distributed by the priest in both kinds by intinction

Out of consideration for others please continue to wear a face covering when attending a service.

The 10am service will be live-streamed. Evening Prayer at 6:30pm will continue but will not normally be live-streamed.

All restrictions on numbers attending services also including weddings, baptisms, and funerals are now lifted.
