Overview
Church Hall is a characterful grade II listed building in the centre of Iffley village, only a few yards from the church. It is available to hire for regular sessions, such as yoga or meditation classes, or for one-off private functions, including meetings, celebrations and concerts. The hall has capacity for 125 people standing, or 100 seated. It is fully accessible, with wheelchair access, disabled toilet, and hearing loop.

Availability
The hall is available to hire from 8.30am–11pm, Monday to Saturday, and 12.30pm–6pm on Sundays. To make a booking or to find out if the hall if available on a specific date, please contact the hall bookings secretary at hall@iffleychurch.org.uk
Please note, the hall booking secretary works very part time so may take a couple of days to get back to you. She is the only person at St Mary’s who deals with booking the hall. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Please note, we are currently unable to hire the hall for wedding reception parties.
Prices
Private function £25/hour weekday daytime (until 6pm) – £35/hour evenings and weekends
Regular hire £18/hour weekday daytime (until 6pm) – £24/hour evenings and weekends
Recognised charities may be eligible to hire the hall at a reduced rate. Please contact the hall bookings secretary for more information.
All bookings are subject to a £75 refundable deposit fee.
Terms and conditions of hire
The hall is hired subject to certain Terms and conditions of hire. Please read these carefully to make sure that you understand the conditions, and that the hall is a suitable venue for your event.
The hall is held by the Parochial Church Council on trusts which permit it to be used only for purposes which are consistent with the beliefs and practices of the Church of England. We reserve the right to refuse any booking which may conflict with the Council’s Christian purpose and ethos, or its charitable status.
Safeguarding
If you use the hall more than three times a year, and have children or vulnerable adults taking part in your activities, you must provide a copy of your safeguarding policy with your booking form.
