Join our e-community for reflecting on the Beatitudes on our doorstep this summer

Forty Days of Summer 2014 available at the Iffley Daily website.

During July and August this year, we  will be running another Forty Days of Summer set of daily reflections. From Monday 21-July to the last week of August, you can join us in church at 0930 for Morning Prayer, Mondays to Thursdays, where we will be making use of a new set of specially prepared daily prayers resources. These will be based on material from Common Worship: Daily Prayer, with a specific focus on the Beatitudes. The prayers and readings day by day will be centred around one of the eight “blessings” that Jesus promised in his Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5. The resources will be available in booklet format at church as last time. However, the daily reflections will also be available electronically on this website, and direct to your inbox if you sign up with your email address, using the column to the right of any page on the Iffley Daily website. Those who take part electronically will be able to leave comments on the website, adding their own thoughts, questions, prayers, resources and ideas for each of the days as we travel through the forty day together.
